Consignor Artist Application Form
We enjoy inviting artist to apply to have their artwork for sale at Gallery 143. To be considered, please send us the following informaiton:
- Your first and last name,
- your email address,
- your phone number,
- a description of your artwork (this should include the process and materials used as well as any other relevent information,
- and at least 8 images of your artwork.
*By sending this email you are agreeing to the following:
- Application form and photos will be reviewed and we will contact you through email regarding your work.
- Upon receipt of application, if interested in your art, an appointment will be set to bring your work in to the Gallery to be viewed in person.
- If accepted into the Gallery, the price points of the work will be agreed upon by the artist and Gallery 143.
- A Gallery inventory sheet will be filled out with the pieces described and numbered. Both the artist and the gallery will retain copies of the inventory sheets.
- Artists will be paid on a quarterly basis; at the end of January, April, July, and October.
